The Aflux dashboard is your command center. Every time you log in at app.aflux.io, you land here first — seeing live metrics across all three modules, a running timeline of document activity, and shortcuts to start new work without navigating away. This page explains everything the dashboard surfaces and how to make it work for your team.

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you an at-a-glance health check of your account:

Emails Sent

Total emails delivered in the current billing period, with a trend indicator compared to the previous period.

Signatures Pending

Count of open signature requests awaiting at least one signer action right now.

QR Scans

Cumulative scans across all active QR codes in the current period.

Storage Used

Your current Aflux storage usage against your plan’s quota.
Click any card to jump directly into the relevant module view filtered to that metric — for example, clicking Signatures Pending opens the E-Signature list pre-filtered to requests in a pending state.

Module Shortcuts

Below the summary cards, the dashboard displays a quick-action bar so you can start work in a single click:

New Email Campaign

Opens the Bulk Email editor with a blank campaign ready for your content.

Request a Signature

Launches the E-Signature document upload flow with recipient configuration.

Generate a QR Code

Opens the QR Code builder to create a new code linked to a file or URL.
These shortcuts bypass the sidebar and take you directly to the creation step, skipping any list or index views.

Activity Timeline

The activity timeline sits in the main body of the dashboard and records every meaningful action taken across your account. Each entry shows:
  • Timestamp — date and time of the action, displayed in your account’s configured timezone
  • Actor — the user or system process that triggered the event (e.g., a team member name, or “Aflux System” for automated events)
  • Event description — a plain-language summary such as “Ana Ruiz signed Contract_Q2.pdf” or “Campaign ‘June Newsletter’ delivered to 2,340 contacts”
  • Module tag — a color-coded label indicating whether the event belongs to Bulk Email, E-Signature, or QR Codes
The timeline shows your most recent 20 events by default. Click View full timeline to open the complete, filterable audit log — see Notifications and Activity Timeline for details on filtering and retention.
The activity timeline is visible to all team members, but entries are scoped to documents and campaigns each member has access to. Admins see all activity across the account.

Notification Center

The bell icon (🔔) in the top navigation bar opens the notification center — a live feed of alerts that require your attention. Notifications appear here for events including:
  • A signer completing or declining a signature request
  • An email campaign recording bounces above a threshold
  • A QR code exceeding a scan limit or expiring
  • Storage quota approaching its plan limit
Unread notifications are counted on the bell icon. Click any notification to navigate directly to the relevant document, campaign, or QR code. Mark individual notifications as read, or use Mark all as read to clear the count. To configure which events trigger alerts and whether they also send an email, go to Settings → Notifications. See Notifications and Activity Timeline for the full configuration guide.

Switching Module Views

The dashboard supports a condensed per-module view so you can focus on one area without leaving the overview context. Use the View toggle in the dashboard header to switch between:
The default unified view showing summary cards, shortcuts, and the combined activity timeline for all three modules.
Switching module views does not navigate away from the dashboard — it updates the cards and timeline in place.

Customizing the Dashboard Layout

You can choose which widgets appear on your dashboard to reduce noise and surface what matters most to your workflow.
1

Open layout settings

Click the Customize button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. A widget panel slides in from the right.
2

Toggle widgets on or off

Each widget — Summary Cards, Module Shortcuts, Activity Timeline, and Notification Feed — has an individual toggle. Disable any widget you do not need.
3

Reorder widgets

Drag widgets in the panel to change the order in which they appear on the dashboard. The preview updates in real time.
4

Save your layout

Click Save Layout. Your preference is stored per user, so each team member can configure their own view independently.
If you primarily use one module, switch to that module’s filtered view and save your layout with only the relevant widgets enabled — this keeps your dashboard fast and focused.
