Create Your Account
Signing up is free and takes less than two minutes. Aflux does not require a credit card for the Free plan.1
Go to the registration page
Open https://app.aflux.io/register in your browser. You can sign up with an email address and password, or use a supported OAuth provider if one is available for your organisation.
2
Enter your details
Fill in your full name, work email address, and choose a strong password. Your email address becomes your login identifier and the address Aflux uses for account notifications.
3
Accept the terms and register
Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tick the checkbox to confirm you agree, then click Create Account. Aflux will immediately send a verification email to the address you provided.
4
Verify your email address
Open the verification email from Aflux and click the Verify Email button inside it. The link is valid for 24 hours. Once clicked, your account is activated and you are redirected to the Aflux dashboard.
If the email does not appear within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new verification link from the login screen by clicking Resend verification email.
5
Complete the onboarding checklist
On your first login, Aflux presents a short onboarding checklist. Work through it to set your profile, connect storage, and explore each module. You can dismiss it at any time and return to it from the dashboard.
Set Up Your Profile
Your profile details appear on documents, signature requests, and email footers, so it is worth filling them in accurately before you start sending anything. Navigate to Settings → Profile to access the following fields:Name & Display Name
Your full name is used in system communications. Your display name is what teammates and document recipients see.
Company Name
Aflux surfaces your company name on signature certificates and email footers. Keep it consistent with your brand.
Timezone
Set your local timezone so that scheduled emails and signature deadlines are calculated correctly for your location.
Profile Photo
Upload a photo or logo. It appears in the dashboard sidebar, on team management screens, and in audit trails.
Set a Secure Password
If you registered with an email and password (rather than OAuth), you can update your password at any time under Settings → Security → Change Password. Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long and unique to Aflux. Aflux transmits all credentials over TLS and stores passwords using industry-standard hashing.Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on the Pro plan and above. If you are on the Free plan, upgrade to Pro to unlock this feature. Visit Settings → Billing to view available plans.
- Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click Enable 2FA and scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
- Enter the six-digit code shown in your authenticator app to confirm the setup.
- Save your backup codes somewhere secure — these let you recover access if you lose your device.
