Dropbox integration is not yet available. The feature is currently in development. You can join the waitlist by emailing support@aflux.io with the subject line Dropbox waitlist, and the team will notify you as soon as it launches.
What Dropbox Integration Will Do
When the integration launches, connecting Dropbox to Aflux will let you:- Browse Dropbox from inside Aflux — a built-in file picker will let you navigate your Dropbox folders and Dropbox Business team folders without leaving the Aflux dashboard.
- Attach Dropbox files to email campaigns — reference files directly in Bulk Email; recipients receive a trackable link to the live Dropbox file without you needing to upload a copy.
- Send Dropbox PDFs for e-signing — select a PDF from Dropbox as the source document for a signature request; the completed, signed PDF will be saved back to the originating Dropbox folder automatically.
- Point QR codes at Dropbox files or folders — set any QR code destination to a Dropbox item; Aflux resolves the link at scan time, so you can replace the underlying file without regenerating the QR code.
What to Use in the Meantime
While Dropbox integration is in development, you have two fully supported alternatives available today:Internal Storage
Every Aflux account includes built-in internal storage. Upload files directly from the dashboard under Files and use them across all modules immediately — no external account needed.
Google Drive
Google Drive integration is live on all Aflux plans. If you can store the files you need in Google Drive, you can connect it today and use it across Bulk Email, E-Signature, and QR Codes.
